Before she shot to the teen Canadian version of superstardom playing lovechild Emma Nelson on Degrassi: The Next Generation (2001), Miriam McDonald was a child actress. She appeared in TV shows like System Crash (1999), Pecola (2001), and the animated series The Ripping Friends (2001), where she did voiceover work.
